In order for the consent is validit is necessary that :
- - the information about the cookie in question is displayed in the info bar,
- - that the consent is prior to the deposit of the cookie,
- - that the consumer has the opportunity to withdraw consent at any time,
- - and have the opportunity to exercise real choice.
For mandatory cookies, consent does not have to be given. These include :
